Ministry of Culture Releases Commemorative Stamp Honoring Legendary Singer Mukesh

New Delhi: In a heartfelt tribute to the legendary singer Mukesh, the Ministry of Culture released a commemorative stamp marking his 100th birth anniversary. The event, held at Akashwani Rang Bhawan, All India Radio, New Delhi, was graced by Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, who served as the Chief Guest.

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, speaking on the occasion, emphasized the significance of the ceremony. “The unveiling of this commemorative stamp symbolizes our deep respect and admiration for Mukesh’s remarkable career and unforgettable voice. It is a momentous occasion, celebrating not just his centenary but also immortalizing his profound impact on the music industry,” he said.

The evening continued with a mesmerizing musical tribute featuring a performance by Mukesh’s son, Nitin Mukesh.
