Minister of Civil Aviation Launches New Medical Inspection Room at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan for Emergency Support

New Delhi: In a significant step to enhance workplace health facilities, Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu inaugurated a new Medical Inspection Room at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan via online mode. The facility, aimed at providing emergency medical support, will be accessible to all personnel from organizations housed within the building, including the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Indian Air Force (IAF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and private agencies.

As part of the government’s Special Campaign 4.0, a previously unused space in the building was renovated to establish the Medical Inspection Room, removing obsolete items and revamping the area for improved utility. The new facility includes a doctor’s chamber, examination room, visitor area, and nursing station, ensuring comprehensive medical support. A doctor and nurse will be available to assist employees on all working days, providing free medical examinations and emergency care as needed.
