Bhubaneswar: Breaking new ground on the global sports scene, Kalinga Indoor Athletics Arena, the first-of-its-kind indoor athletic stadium in India, has achieved the coveted Category 1 certification from World Athletics, the authoritative governing body for track and field. This landmark recognition not only solidifies the international status of the Kalinga Sports Complex but also positions it as a hub of excellence for athletes worldwide.

The arena stands out as a pioneer in India, being the first to install the state-of-the-art Mondo track known for its exceptional performance, durability, and athlete-friendly surface.
