Jackky Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh tie the Knot in Goa

Mumbai: Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and actress Rakul Preet Singh have officially tied the knot, marking the union of two hearts at the luxurious ITC Grand in Goa.

The wedding festivities, which commenced with Rakul’s ‘Chuddha’ ceremony in the morning, included two distinct ceremonies representing the couple’s diverse cultural backgrounds. The day featured the ‘Anand Karaj,’ a Sikh wedding ceremony, and a Sindhi-style ceremony, beautifully blending the cultural richness of both Rakul and Jackky.

The joyous occasion culminated with the couple receiving blessings from the attending guests at the venue. An extravagant after-party awaits the guests, following the conclusion of all the wedding rituals.

Earlier festivities, including the ‘haldi’ and ‘sangeet’ ceremonies, took place on Tuesday. Actor Riteish Deshmukh and actress Bhumi Pednekar, who hosted the sangeet, added to the celebratory atmosphere. The attendees paid tribute to the renowned actor-producer duo of David Dhawan and Jackky’s father, producer Vashu Bhagnani, during the ceremony. Varun Dhawan, David’s son, graced the event with a special dance performance to the iconic ‘Husn Hai Suhana’ from ‘Coolie No 1,’ a film directed by David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani. The sangeet concluded with a spectacular performance by the newlyweds, Rakul and Jackky, who enchanted the audience with their dance to ‘Pehle Bhi Main’ from the blockbuster ‘Animal,’ starring Ranbir Kapoor.
