Indian Film Festival Bhubaneswar Set to Enthrall Audiences with Diverse Cinematic Showcase

Bhubaneswar: The much-anticipated 13th Indian Film Festival Bhubaneswar, organized by Film Society Bhubaneswar, is all set to kick off at the Odissi Research Centre on January 22, captivating cinephiles until January 28. Over seven days, the festival will present a cinematic extravaganza featuring films from various corners of the country.

Movie enthusiasts can indulge in a diverse selection of the finest regional cinema, including Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bangla, Kannada, Hinglish, Marathi Hindi, Manipuri, Nepali, Pahadi, and more. A total of 35 captivating films are lined up for screening during the festival.

The opening day will feature notable films such as “My Mother’s Girlfriend” by Arun Falara, “Uski Roti” by Mani Kaul, “Jigarthanda Double X” by Kartik Subbaraj, and “Eka Eka” by Subas Das. An interactive session with directors and filmmakers is also on the agenda, providing audiences with a unique opportunity to delve into the creative minds behind these cinematic creations.
