The coastal state of Goa will be the ideal host for this global gathering, showcasing India’s rising global stature in the energy ecosystem. The event will take place at the IPSHEM-ONGC Training Institute and will feature the participation of top energy sector policymakers from around the world.
Themes explored during IEW 2024 will include the energy transition of the global south, building a future-ready energy stack, the roadmap of alternate fuels, and the impact of localization, regionalization, and globalization on energy-related industrialization.
India’s success in ensuring energy security while addressing energy transition challenges will be a focal point of discussion, providing a template for global stakeholders to balance the dual challenges.
