
Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha has released the admission schedule for two-year B.Ed, M.Ed, and B.H.Ed programmes for the academic session 2026–27, outlining a timeline for application and entrance examinations.
According to the notification, admissions will be conducted through an entrance examination, with candidates required to apply online via the SAMS Portal by submitting the Common Application Form (CAF) between March 23 and April 6, 2026.
Officials stated that the compiled applicant data will be forwarded to the State Selection Board (SSB) on April 13, which will be responsible for conducting the entrance tests.
Admit cards for the examination will be made available from May 27, 2026, while the entrance exam for the B.Ed course is scheduled for May 31. Examinations for M.Ed and B.H.Ed programmes will be held on June 3, 2026.
The department has advised aspiring candidates to complete their applications within the stipulated timeline and regularly check the portal for updates related to the admission process.
