
Kotia: The spirit of democracy was vividly on display as citizens of Kotia participated with great enthusiasm in the ongoing State General Elections 2024 (SGE-2024). By 1 PM, more than 53 percent of voters had already cast their ballots across nine polling stations in Kotia Gram Panchayat.
Highlighting the remarkable engagement of the electorate, CEO Sri Nikunja Bihari Dhal reported that the highest voter turnout was recorded at the polling station in Talakanti, standing impressively at 86 percent. Following closely behind was the polling station at Gumel Padar, boasting a turnout of 73.68 percent.
