Bhubaneswar: Four from Odisha will be conferred with Padma Awards for the year 2023. The four Padma Shri awardee are Maguni Charan Kuanr for Art, Antaryami Mishra for Literature & Education), Krishna Patel for Art and Patayat Sahu for Agriculture.
