Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra Meets Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay

Thimphu: Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister of Bhutan, Lyonchhen H.E. Tshering Tobgay, reinforcing the enduring friendship between India and Bhutan.
