
New Delhi: The organisers of the Legends League Cricket tournament announced the names of the venues where the matches for the league will be held.
There will be four teams in the tournament which is scheduled from September 16 to October 8, 2022.
The team Indian Maharajas will be led by BCCI President Sourav Ganguly while the team World Giants will be led by Eoin Morgan.
Kolkata, New Delhi, Cuttack, Lucknow, and Jodhpur are the five cities selected as the venue for the matches.
Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host the special match between Indian Maharajas and World Giants, to commemorate the 75th Year of Indian Independence.
Kolkata, New Delhi, and Cuttack will host three matches each, while in Jodhpur and Lucknow two matches are planned.
Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha will host the match on September 27, September 29, and September 30. All the three matches will start from 7.30 PM on the scheduled days.
