Bridgetown, Barbados: England became the first team to qualify for the T20 World Cup 2024 semi-finals after a commanding all-round performance against the USA in a crucial Group 2 Super-8 match. The game, held in Bridgetown, Barbados, saw England triumph with both bat and ball, securing their spot in the semifinals with a dominant win.

England’s captain, Jos Buttler, won the toss and opted to bowl first, a decision that quickly paid off. Chris Jordan delivered a stunning performance, achieving a remarkable hat-trick and ultimately taking four wickets. His efforts, combined with Adil Rashid’s fabulous spell, restricted the USA to a modest total of 115.
