
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Engages with Students at 7th Pariksha Pe Charcha
New Delhi: Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Minister for Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, interacted with participants of the 7th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) at the National Bal Bhavan today. The event was graced by the presence of Ministers of State for Education Smt. Annpurna Devi and Dr. Subhas Sarkar, as well as Minister of State for External Affairs and Education, Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh. Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Shri Sanjay Kumar, along with other dignitaries, teachers, and students, were also in attendance.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Pradhan commended the efforts of the students who participated in Pariksha Pe Charcha, especially those who showcased their innovations at the exhibition held at Bharat Mandapam. He applauded the creativity exhibited by students not only in science but also in arts and social sciences, highlighting the power of imagination among the younger generation.
Shri Pradhan shared his perspective on how meeting Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and receiving mentorship from him was an exciting and life-changing experience for the students.
Encouraging the participants to share their experiences in their respective schools, Shri Pradhan emphasized the need to inspire other students with the valuable tips shared by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He underscored the importance of disseminating stress-relief techniques to the larger community of approximately 50 crore people, including students, teachers, and parents—a recommendation aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
More than 300 participants, including winners of Kala Utsav, students from Eklavya Model Residential Schools, and representatives from states and Union Territories, engaged in discussions with Shri Pradhan. They shared their insights and experiences from attending Pariksha Pe Charcha and listening to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Pariksha Pe Charcha, a unique initiative spearheaded by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, aims to address exam-related stress and foster a celebratory approach to life, aligning with the larger movement of ‘Exam Warriors.’ The 7th edition witnessed a remarkable 2.26 crore registrations on the MyGov portal, indicating widespread enthusiasm among students nationwide.
