
Bhubaneswar: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Sunday visited the headquarters of the National Testing Agency (NTA) to review the conduct of the NEET UG 2026 examination, being held across the country.
During his visit, the Minister assessed key operational arrangements, including examination logistics, coordination with test centres, and real-time monitoring systems put in place to ensure the smooth and secure conduct of the examination. Senior officials briefed him on the preparedness to manage the large number of candidates and the protocols adopted to maintain discipline and transparency at centres.
The NEET UG 2026 examination is being conducted for nearly 23 lakh registered candidates at centres nationwide under stringent guidelines and security measures.
