However, Pant and Axar Patel (66) orchestrated a remarkable recovery, steering Delhi Capitals towards a commanding position.
The late onslaught by Tristan Stubbs, who contributed a quickfire 26 runs from just 7 deliveries, further bolstered Delhi Capitals’ total and ensured a challenging target for Gujarat Titans to chase down.
In response, Gujarat Titans showcased commendable batting prowess, with Rashid Khan delivering a scintillating innings to keep the team’s hopes alive. However, despite Khan’s heroics, Gujarat Titans fell agonizingly short of the target, conceding victory to Delhi Capitals by a narrow margin of 4 runs.
