CSM Technologies posts record FY26 earnings, order book crosses ₹357 crore

Bhubaneswar: GovTech and enterprise digital transformation company CSM Technologies Ltd reported a strong financial performance for 2025-26, with its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rising 70.2 per cent year-on-year to ₹24.01 crore, driven by improved operating efficiency, higher margins and steady business growth. The company also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval.

Announcing its audited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company said total income increased 14 per cent to ₹228.72 crore from ₹200.63 crore in the previous fiscal. EBITDA grew by 56.6 per cent to ₹48 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 21 per cent from 15.3 per cent a year earlier.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, CSM reported a 77.7 per cent jump in PAT to ₹9.30 crore compared to ₹5.23 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Quarterly EBITDA rose 56 per cent to ₹16.41 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 26.6 per cent.

The company said its profitability figures include an exceptional charge of ₹2.73 crore towards the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes. Excluding the one-time charge, profit before tax for the fourth quarter grew 92.1 per cent year-on-year.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director and CEO Priyadarshi Pany said the company delivered robust growth during its first full financial year as a listed entity. He attributed the improvement to stronger execution, operating leverage and continued investments in proprietary platforms, artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies.

CSM closed FY26 with an order book of ₹357.63 crore, equivalent to more than 1.5 times its annual revenue, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming year. During the fiscal, the company invested ₹10.25 crore in developing proprietary technology platforms and digital products, besides strengthening its infrastructure through capital expenditure.

The company said it continued to expand its presence across India and international markets, particularly in Africa, while executing projects across government and public services, mining, agriculture, industry, education, healthcare and tourism. It also reaffirmed its focus on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics and automation to drive future growth.
