Mhow:   Mustafizur Rahman, the High Commissioner of Bangladesh to India, recently delivered a comprehensive talk on “Regional Security Landscape & Opportunities and Challenges for Bilateral Relations” during the Tri-services Joint Capsule at the prestigious Army War College (AWC) in Mhow.
