New Delhi: To involve citizens in the growth and development of tourism, the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has introduced a new feedback mechanism at airports and railway stations across the country. This initiative allows tourists to provide real-time feedback on their experiences at tourist attractions and destinations by scanning a QR code placed at key points.
Tourists can now easily spend just 30 seconds to rate their visit and share their feedback by scanning the QR code, which will be available at strategic locations within airports and railway stations. This dynamic and real-time feedback system aims to capture travelers’ experiences, enabling the Ministry to proactively address any issues in collaboration with various stakeholders.
The initiative, a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, and the Ministry of Railways, is designed to gather valuable insights into the tourist experience. The collected data will serve as a rich source of information for improving tourism services and shaping future policies and strategies.
The feedback mechanism is expected to play a crucial role in enhancing the overall tourist experience in India by ensuring that issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner, while also offering a reliable and continuous flow of data to support the country’s tourism development initiatives.
