A man in Vadodara died after doctors in a private hospital collected his sperms on the direction of Gujarat High Court after his wife’s plea.
The 32 year old man has been critical due to bilateral pneumonia after being infected with Covid-19 virus three months ago.
His wife who wants to bear his child requested the hospital authority to collect his sperm. However, the hospital authority denied as they wanted the consent of the patient. She filed a petition on Tuesday in Gujarat High Court.
