
Bhubaneswar: On behalf of the Health and Wellness Group of The Odisha Society of The Americas (OSA-HWG), Dr Nitin Doshi and his wife Dr Chandini Doshi donated a Covid Testing cum vaccination Van to the health department of Odisha government, in memory of their parents Kanaiyalal and Ichhagouri Doshi.
Actor Sabyasachi Mishra, as the goodwill ambassador of OSA-HWG handed over the van to the health department. “The Van is equipped with advanced facilities and assembled at New Delhi to be used as a Mobile Covid Testing cum vaccination booth. Earlier the group has sent two vans which are already in use at different districts of Odisha,” said Sabyasachi.
Requesting people to get vaccinated, Dr Nitin Doshi said, “It is always our wish to help and promote education and health care based projects across Odisha. We are honoured to be a part of this fight.”
Appreciating the gesture, director public health Dr Niranjan Mishra said, “The best way to stop the Pandemic is mega vaccination drives. This van will help the health department in reaching out to remote areas.”
