Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet on Monday approved a set of key proposals across governance and technology sectors, while also giving its nod to convene the next session of the State Assembly. The meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, marked the 25th sitting of the Cabinet.
Following the meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja briefed the media and confirmed that four proposals from three departments received approval. These included a proposal from the General Administration and Public Grievance Department and two from the Electronics and Information Technology Department.
The Cabinet further approved the proposal to hold the fourth session of the 17th Odisha Legislative Assembly, scheduled to commence on September 18.
