Zwigato movie declared tax-free in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government has waived off entertainment tax on the Hindi movie Zwigato which has been shot in Bhubaneswar.

Directed by Nandita Das, the film stars famous comedian and actor Kapil Sharma and Sahana Goswami in the lead roles.

The storyline of the movie depicts the life of a food delivery boy and his struggle.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik appreciated the efforts of Nandita Das for promoting Odisha as a destination for shooting commercial movies.

The state government has been promoting Odisha as a destination for film shooting through proactive policies and authorities are hopeful that the movie would more directors would choose Odisha for shooting their films.

A special screening of the movie was held at Naveen Niwas which also attended by CM.
