Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar to Make Maiden Visit to Arunachal Pradesh

New Delhi:  The Vice-President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, is set to embark on his first visit to Arunachal Pradesh on February 20, 2024. The one-day tour holds special significance as Shri Dhankhar will be the Chief Guest at the 38th Statehood Day celebrations of Arunachal Pradesh.

This visit underscores the Vice-President’s commitment to engaging with the diverse regions of the country and participating in their cultural and historic milestones.

In addition to the Statehood Day celebrations, Shri Dhankhar will visit Raj Bhavan, Itanagar, where he is expected to engage in discussions and interactions with local authorities and dignitaries.

This visit is not only a momentous occasion for Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar but also an opportunity for Arunachal Pradesh to showcase its rich cultural heritage and celebrate its journey since attaining statehood.
