Multicentre Clinical Trial on Anaemia:

The ministers will also announce the commencement of a multicentre clinical trial on anaemia. The trial will be conducted at eight different sites across India.

Launch of Indian Public Health Standards for Ayush Healthcare Facilities:

Another crucial aspect of the event is the launch of the Indian Public Health Standards for Ayush Healthcare Facilities. These standards aim to establish uniform criteria for infrastructure, human resources, medicines, and more, allowing states and union territories to provide high-quality Ayush healthcare services. The emphasis is on enhancing preventive, promotive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative services with uncompromising quality.

27th Convocation of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth:

In addition, the ministers will participate in the 27th Convocation of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth. Around 201 shishyas enrolled under Guru Shishya Parampara will be awarded CRAV certificates, and Fellow of RAV (FRAV) will be conferred upon eminent vaidyas. The Lifetime Achievement award will also be presented to notable vaidyas for their outstanding contributions to the field of Ayurveda.

The convocation will include a Shishopananyniya samskara, a welcoming ceremony for new CRAV students for the batch 2024-25. A two-day National Seminar on “Ayurvedo Amritanam” will also take place, focusing on Ayurveda for one health, post-COVID health management, and immunity through Ayurveda.

This comprehensive event underscores the government’s commitment to advancing research, standards, and education in the field of Ayush and healthcare. The initiatives launched aim to contribute significantly to the well-being of the population through integrated healthcare practices and research.
