
New Delhi, June 20, 2024: Union Minister of Textiles, Giriraj Singh, held a crucial interaction with major industry representatives, Export Promotion Councils, and Associations representing the entire textile value chain today. The meeting aimed to discuss strategies for attracting significant investments, enhancing infrastructure, improving ease of doing business, and boosting job creation, particularly in labor-intensive segments like garmenting and apparel.
Joining Minister Singh were Pabitra Margherita, Union Minister of State for Textiles, Rachna Shah, Secretary Textiles, and senior officials from the Ministry.
