New Delhi: Guided by the vision and inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the upcoming Tribal Business Conclave 2025 embodies the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, aur Sabka Prayas’—bringing together tradition, enterprise, and innovation under one platform.
Announced during the National Conclave on Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan held on October 17, 2025, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), will host the Tribal Business Conclave on November 12, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The event will mark a major step in realizing the Prime Minister’s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat @2047.
At the announcement event, the Conclave’s logo, brochure, and digital assets were unveiled, symbolizing the fusion of traditional knowledge systems and modern entrepreneurship.
The Conclave also commemorates the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, whose ideals of self-reliance, innovation, and social justice continue to inspire India’s development journey. Through a series of national initiatives, the event will celebrate his legacy while promoting the spirit of Janjatiya Gaurav and Vocal for Local.
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, and DPIIT, the Conclave reflects a whole-of-government approach. Several key ministries—including MSME, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Textiles, MeitY, Food Processing Industries, Agriculture, and Rural Development—will play a vital role in supporting tribal entrepreneurs.
Strategic partners such as FICCI, PRAYOGI (PanIIT Alumni Reach for Gram Udyogi) Foundation, and Startup India will strengthen the platform by facilitating mentorship, investment, and incubation opportunities for tribal enterprises.
Roots to Rise: A pitching session for tribal entrepreneurs to present their business ideas to investors and CSR leaders.
Knowledge Sessions: Masterclasses and discussions on finance, branding, innovation, and enterprise building.
CEO’s Forum: Dialogue among industry leaders on skilling, sustainability, and market access.
Exhibitions & Pavilions: Over 100 tribal startups and micro-enterprises showcasing crafts, forest produce, and green technologies.
Buyer–Seller Meets: Enabling direct linkages between tribal producers and corporate/government buyers.
The Tribal Business Conclave 2025 aims to mainstream tribal entrepreneurship, expand market access for indigenous products, and build capacity for sustainable enterprise growth. By merging traditional wisdom with modern business practices and technology, it seeks to connect grassroots innovators with national and global value chains.
As India moves toward Viksit Bharat @2047, the Conclave underscores that the country’s growth story will remain incomplete without the participation and prosperity of its tribal entrepreneurs—the true custodians of India’s rich heritage and future innovation.
