TPSODL Collaborates with Government ITI Jeypore to Boost Skill Development and Safety Practices

Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) took a significant step towards advancing skill development and safety practices by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government ITI Jeypore. This strategic collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between academic and industry learning for ITI students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to excel in the professional landscape.

The MoU signing ceremony, held at the Corporate Office, featured the presence of CEO Amit Kumar Garg and Rajib Lochan Dash, Principal of Gopabandhu Industrial Training Institute, Ambaguda, Jeypore. The partnership aims to offer specialized training in industry-specific skills, emphasizing rigorous safety measures. ITI students will gain access to state-of-the-art training facilities that replicate real-world scenarios, providing a comprehensive learning experience through both classroom and practical training.

CEO Amit Kumar Garg expressed, “The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the skills of the future workforce. Collaborations like this will undoubtedly contribute to shaping a high-quality professional workforce in the future. Our commitment to a culture of skill development and safety standards will empower these students.”

This marks the fourth Industrial Training Institute with which TPSODL has signed MoUs. Previous collaborations were established with Berhampur, Hinjilicut, and Rayagada ITIs, showcasing TPSODL’s commitment to fostering educational partnerships and promoting skill development across the region.
