
Puri: Ahead of the annual Rath Yatra, internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has attempted to create the world’s biggest sand art of the chariot at Puri beach on Sunday.
He created a 43.2 ft long and 35 ft wide 3D sand art of Lord Jagannath’s chariot (Nandighosa Rath).
Some of his sand arts were registered in Limca records and Guinness record.
Sudarsan tweeted a photo and video.“On the occasion of Ratha Yatra, we have created the biggest 3D sand art chariot of Lord Jagannath’s Nandighosa Ratha of 43.2 ft long and 35 ft wide at Puri beach in Odisha. We hope it will be a new record.”
