The Jharsuguda-Lucknow service began today, while flights to Raipur will start operating from tomorrow.
Adding to this development, IndiGo will launch direct flights from Jharsuguda to Mumbai starting March 1, further enhancing connectivity for travelers.
Speaking on the occasion, Veer Surendra Sai Airport Director Sandip Tiwari expressed optimism that these new routes will boost tourism, business travel, and regional economic growth.
