Spanish Hockey Team Takes a Break from the FIH Pro League for a Wild Experience at Nandankanan Zoological Park

 

Bhubaneswar:   In a delightful divergence from the fierce competition of the FIH Hockey Pro League 2023/24, the Spanish Men’s Hockey Team, currently in Bhubaneswar for the tournament, embraced a refreshing visit to the Nandankanan Zoological Park. The 26 international players from Spain explored the diverse wildlife at the park, enjoying a break from the hockey pitch and immersing themselves in the rich biodiversity of Bhubaneswar.

The FIH Hockey Pro League 2023/24 has brought together top teams from around the world, competing at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneswar and the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela. Spain, currently positioned at seventh in the nine-nation tournament, has displayed their prowess with one win and three losses from four matches.
