A 2006-batch IAS officer, Sahoo previously served as the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Southern Range), where she played a crucial role in overseeing developmental programs and maintaining administrative coordination in the region. Sahoo’s appointment to the Governor’s Secretariat is being seen as a strategic move, given her strong track record across various departments of the Odisha government.
