PV Sindhu Cruises Past Kristin Kuuba to Enter Round of 16 at Paris Olympics

Paris: Two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu continued her impressive form at the 2024 Paris Games, effortlessly defeating Estonia’s Kristin Kuuba 21-5, 21-10 in their women’s singles Group M match on Wednesday.

Sindhu secured the victory in just 34 minutes, dominating the court to top her group with two consecutive wins and advance to the round of 16 stage.

In her opening match, the ace Indian shuttler showcased her prowess by defeating Maldives’ Fathimath Nabaaha Abdul Razzaq, setting a strong precedent for her match against Kuuba.
