Singh stressed the need for timely submission of feasibility reports, tender agreements, and PCRs of completed works for project approval. Executive Engineers were tasked with examining and reporting on schemes and targets that could be met. Additionally, he urged the finalization of projects initiated in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24, and prioritized the completion of ongoing projects under PMGSY and MMSY, especially those predating 2021-22.
