Rewari: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated, dedicated to the nation, and laid the foundation stone for a slew of development projects worth more than Rs 9750 crores during his visit to Rewari, Haryana, today. Covering critical sectors such as urban transport, health, rail, and tourism, these projects are set to transform the region and contribute significantly to India’s growth trajectory.

The Prime Minister commenced the event by taking a walkthrough of exhibitions showcasing the projects, emphasizing their importance in fostering economic development, job creation, and enhancing the overall quality of life for the residents.

Addressing the gathering, Prime Minister Modi paid homage to the bravehearts of Rewari, acknowledging the strong connection he shares with the people of the region. He recalled his first program as a PM candidate in 2013 in Rewari and expressed gratitude for the continuous support and good wishes received from the people.

Spanning over 17 acres, the museum utilizes cutting-edge technology, including Augmented Reality (AR), 3D laser, and projection mapping, to bring the epic narrative of the Mahabharata and the teachings of the Gita to life.

In addition, several railway projects were launched, including the doubling of rail lines and the inauguration of the Rohtak-Meham-Hansi rail line. These projects aim to enhance rail infrastructure, reduce travel time, and improve connectivity in the region.

He applauded the state’s growth in agriculture, industries, and infrastructure development, emphasizing the collaborative efforts of the central and state governments.

The event was attended by dignitaries, including the Governor of Haryana, Bandaru Dattatreya, Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, and other Ministers of the Haryana Government.
