The Prime Minister, in a rare gesture, immersed himself in the deep waters, offering prayers at the underwater site of Dwarka. During this underwater pilgrimage, PM Modi paid tribute to Dwarka by presenting peacock feathers, a symbolic offering resonating with the cultural and spiritual ethos of the ancient city.
