President Droupadi Murmu Extends Warm Greetings on Lohri, Makar Sankranti, Magh Bihu, and Pongal

New Delhi: As the nation prepares to celebrate the festivals of Lohri, Makar Sankranti, Magh Bihu, and Pongal on January 13th, 14th, and 15th, President Droupadi Murmu extended heartfelt greetings to her fellow citizens in India and across the globe.

In a warm message, President Murmu emphasized the significance of these festivals as living forms of cultural heritage and symbols of unity in diversity. She highlighted the diverse cultural activities associated with these occasions, including ritual baths in holy rivers and charitable undertakings.
