Bhubaneswar: Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s interactive education initiative, has entered the Guinness Book of World Records for registering the highest number of participants in a single month. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi lauded the achievement, calling it a proud moment for the entire nation.

Congratulating PM Modi, students, teachers, and all stakeholders, CM Majhi took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express his delight over the global recognition.

“Heartiest congratulations to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, students, teachers, and all stakeholders on Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 entering the Guinness Book of World Records for the highest number of participant registrations in a month. A proud moment for Bharat, this milestone reflects our collective commitment to student well-being and marks a global recognition of Bharat’s efforts in nurturing young minds,” the Chief Minister posted.

The 2025 edition of the annual event received a staggering 3.53 crore registrations, highlighting the programme’s immense reach and popularity among students and educators alike.

Since its launch in 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha has grown into a unique platform that enables the Prime Minister to engage directly with students, parents, and teachers. The initiative promotes stress-free exam preparation, encourages holistic learning, and addresses the mental well-being of students.

This year’s event also witnessed over 21 crore viewership across media platforms, making it one of the most widely followed educational programmes in India and reaffirming its role in shaping positive academic attitudes among the youth.
