The day-long interactive programme focused on enabling participants to serve as resource persons and advocates for workplace safety in their respective jurisdictions.
Anuja Gulati, Programme Management Specialist at UNFPA, led key sessions along with State Master Trainers. Together, they facilitated in-depth discussions on the legal and practical aspects of the PoSH Act and addressed real-world challenges raised by participants.
