Odisha Chief Minister Sanctions Additional Funds To Three Districts

With the rising covid cases in the state, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has sanctioned additional funds from Chief Minister Relief  Funds (CMRF) to three districts on Thursday for Covid Management.

Patnaik sanctioned Rs 2 crore for Puri district. The district  had previously received an amount of Rs 14,59,74,408. With this additional release, Puri district now has received an amount of Rs 16.59 crores for Covid management.

Similarly, Rs 1 crore has been sanctioned for Subarnapur district. With this, the total amount received by Subarnapur is Rs 3.5 crores.

He also sanctioned Rs 4,62,80,692 for Sambalpur. Before, the district had received Rs 11.5 crores from CMRF.
