
Bhubaneswar: In the wake of growing clashes, at least 10 students from Orissa have been evacuated from violence-hit Manipur and brought to the state on Sunday.
The students were pursuing various courses at Central Agriculture University in Imphal.
Considering the current situation in Manipur, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had instructed to evacuate Odia students for their safety.
The students were brought to Kolkata from Imphal yesterday night and reached Biju Patnaik International Airport today morning.
