Odia Prodigy Barnali Sahu Receives Acclaim for Eloquently Delivering Defence Minister’s Speech

New Delhi: In a remarkable display of confidence and poise, Barnali Sahu, a talented Odia girl, garnered widespread acclaim as she took the stage at DRDO Bhawan in Delhi to read out Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s speech during the third edition of Project Veer Gatha.

The event, aimed at honoring the courageous tales of valor, witnessed a unique moment when Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, addressing the gathering, handed over the podium to Barnali and entrusted her with the task of delivering his speech. Undaunted by the high-profile audience, Barnali flawlessly read out the Defence Minister’s address, earning a thunderous applause from the attendees.

The Defence Minister’s speech reflected on the inception of Project Veer Gatha three years ago, guided by the vision of the Prime Minister and facilitated by collaborative efforts between the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education. The primary objective of the project was to acquaint the nation’s youth with the stories of bravery, instilling a profound sense of patriotism. Barnali adeptly conveyed these sentiments, emphasizing the success achieved in propagating the spirit of bravery among the younger generation.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, along with Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and senior army officers, commended Barnali for her remarkable delivery, recognizing her as a shining example of exceptional talent. Barnali’s poised performance added a unique and memorable dimension to the third edition of Project Veer Gatha, showcasing her commendable abilities on a prestigious platform.
