Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh Set Sights on Bronze in 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team Event

Paris: Indian shooters Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh are set to compete for a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event. The duo will face South Korea’s Lee Won-Ho and Oh Ye-Jin in the crucial match at Chateauroux on Tuesday.

The pair reached the bronze-medal match by finishing third in the qualifying stage on Monday. Their match against the South Korean team is scheduled for 1:00 pm IST.

Manu Bhaker, who recently made history by becoming the first Indian woman shooter to win an Olympic medal with her bronze in the 10m Air Pistol event, is on the brink of another significant achievement. She could become the first Indian athlete to win two medals in a single Olympic Games edition in over a century.
