Logile Inaugurates Global Innovation Centre in Bhubaneswar, Boosts Odisha’s Tech Aspirations

Bhubaneswar: In a significant stride toward positioning Odisha as a rising technology hub, global workforce management and operational optimisation giant Logile inaugurated its state-of-the-art innovation centre in Bhubaneswar today. The move signals a new chapter in the state’s digital growth and global investment footprint.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Parliamentary Affairs, and Electronics & IT, Government of Odisha. Congratulating Logile Founder and CEO Purna Mishra, the Minister remarked, “This is not just the launch of a facility—it is the beginning of a powerful partnership between innovation and opportunity.” He praised the proactive governance and supportive ecosystem that has made Bhubaneswar an increasingly attractive destination for global tech investments.

In his keynote address, Purna Mishra shared insights into Logile’s global journey and why Bhubaneswar was the chosen location for its India operations. “We don’t just need buildings or software—we need people committed for the long term. Bhubaneswar is the city that offers that promise,” he stated, emphasizing the city’s strategic location and its skilled talent pool.

Welcoming Logile’s entry into Odisha, Vishal Kumar Dev, Principal Secretary of the Electronics & IT Department, said, “This is a major milestone for the state’s technology ecosystem. We are not just focused on policy—we are ensuring actionable and implementable strategies on the ground.” He highlighted Odisha’s focus on infrastructure, R&D, and skill development, positioning the state as a credible tech destination.

The soft launch of Logile India was conducted during the event, officially marking the operational rollout of the Bhubaneswar-based innovation centre. The facility will drive cutting-edge research, product development, and collaborative ventures, further embedding Odisha into the global tech landscape.

Subhasish Pattnaik, India Head of Logile, expressed his enthusiasm and gratitude. “This day marks a new beginning for Logile in India. We are proud to be a part of Odisha’s growth journey and are committed to building something truly transformative,” he said in his concluding remarks.

With Logile’s entry, Bhubaneswar cements its place as an emerging centre for technology and innovation, reinforcing the state’s vision of inclusive, future-ready growth driven by high-value knowledge industries
