
Landmark Phase II Society Elects New Office-Bearers
Bhubaneswar: The office-bearers of Landmark Phase II Society were elected in a democratic electioneering process, on March 2, in which Madhuri Mishra was elected president of the society, comprising the house owners of the apartment society situated along the Sundarpada-Jatni Road.
Apart from Mishra, Banita Patnaik was elected vice-president and Akshaya Kumar Mohapatra were elected secretary and Suraj Nayak was elected uncontested as the treasurer of the society. Similarly, Debashisa Samal, Gayatri Routray and Kalyani Jalumuru were nominated as Executive Committee members.
The Landmark Phase II Society is one of the most vibrant societies along the Sundarpada-Jatni Road and it has more than 180 flats consisting two and three bedroom houses with common facilities like club house, children’s park and ample open space and a vibrant Green Club, which looks after the greenery and the beautiful flowering plants within the society premises.
The office-bearers, before the polling process, also took part in a debate in which they spoke about their vision plan and how they would contribute towards the progress of the society. In behalf of the Landmark Phase II Society, Santosh Kumar Dash and Sujit Kumar Pattanaik conducted the election process as members of the Election Committee.
The new team has promised to ensure better living conditions, safety, security, overall development and amenities on the campus.
