Kangana Ranaut Allegedly Slapped by CISF Personnel at Chandigarh Airport

Chandigarh: In a startling incident at the Chandigarh airport today, newly elected Member of Parliament Kangana Ranaut was allegedly slapped by a CISF personnel while heading to Delhi. Following a complaint from Ranaut, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has detained the woman constable involved, and an investigation is currently underway.

Officials have identified the constable as Kulwinder Kaur, who has been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. An FIR has been lodged against her, according to official statements.

Ranaut, who recently transitioned from her career as an actor to politics, was traveling to Delhi just two days after her election victory as MP from the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. She triumphed over Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh by more than 74,000 votes.
