New Delhi: Jual Oram assumed office as the Union Minister for Tribal Affairs today, marking his commitment to the continued upliftment and development of tribal communities across India. The Minister was warmly welcomed by Vibhu Nayar, Secretary (Tribal Affairs), and other senior officers of the Ministry at his New Delhi office.
Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for entrusting him with this significant role, Oram highlighted the substantial progress made over the past decade under the Prime Minister’s leadership. “In the last 10 years, the Ministry has worked tremendously to ensure the all-round development of tribals across the country,” Oram stated.
