Indian Army-Sponsored Nursery Teacher Training Concludes in Nagaland

Kohima: The culmination of a three-month-long Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) program, sponsored by the Indian Army, marked a significant achievement for 22 women from Zakhama and adjoining villages in Nagaland. The training took place at the Peri Montessori Teacher’s Training Institute in Kohima.

The initiative, facilitated by the Indian Army, aimed to empower women from the local communities by providing them with essential skills and knowledge in nursery teaching.

The NTT program covered various aspects of nursery education, including teaching methodologies, child psychology, and classroom management. The participants gained valuable insights into effective teaching techniques, fostering holistic development in young children.

The concluding ceremony was attended by representatives from the Indian Army, the Peri Montessori Teacher’s Training Institute, and the participants.
