India Beats Australia to Reach ICC Champions Trophy Final

Dubai: India sealed a spot in the ICC Champions Trophy final with an emphatic 4-wicket win over Australia in the semi-final at the Dubai International Stadium on Tuesday.

Australia posted a target of 265, but India chased it down with clinical precision. Virat Kohli was the standout performer, top-scoring with 84 runs off 98 balls. Shreyas Iyer also made a vital contribution with a brisk 45 off 62 balls, ensuring India stayed on track despite losing a few wickets along the way.

Earlier, India’s bowlers were instrumental in the win, limiting Australia to 264 in 49.3 overs. Mohammed Shami was the star, claiming three wickets, while Ravindra Jadeja and Varun Chakaravarthy took two wickets each, stifling the Australian batting lineup.
