ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Fixtures Announced

New York:  The schedule for the ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was announced by International cricket council (ICC) today. The upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 will be hosted jointly by West indies, Canda and the USA from June 1. the marquee clash between arch rivals India and Pakistan will be played at new York on June 9.The Kingston Oval in Barbados will hold the final on June 29.

The tournament will kickstart with the co-hosts USA taking on Canada at the Grand Prairie Cricket stadium in Dallas. West Indies, the other co-hosts, will start their campaign against Papua New guinea at the Guyana National Stadium on the next day.

For the very first time, 20 nations will take part in the T20 cricket World Cup and have been divided into four groups. Top two teams from each group will progress to Super Eight.The top two teams from each group will then proceed to the semi-finals.
