Bhubaneswar: The vibrant streets of Bhubaneswar come alive as the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) plays host to Ekamra Utsav, an event that brings people together for evenings filled with food, shopping, and entertainment. Amidst the myriad attractions, the spotlight shines brightly on the youth band at Ekamra Hatt, stealing the show with their captivating performances.

As the sun sets, the night flea market transforms into a lively spectacle, adorned with vibrant decorations and the melodious tunes of the youth band. Helmed by the talented Tilak Chakraborty, the band comprises ten dynamic members who effortlessly mesmerize the audience with their musical prowess.

Showcasing a diverse range of talents, the band boasts powerful vocalists, skilled guitarists, and versatile instrumentalists, each contributing to the ensemble’s enchanting performance. With five vocalists complemented by bass guitar, lead guitar, dhol, hand sonic, drum set, and keyboard players, the band creates a harmonious blend of sounds that resonate with the enthusiastic audience.

Since its inception in 2012, the youth band has been a consistent crowd-pleaser, entertaining audiences at various venues, honing their skills, and winning hearts along the way. Ekamra Utsav provides the perfect platform for this talented group to showcase their musical journey, adding an extra layer of magic to the lively atmosphere of Bhubaneswar’s cultural hub.
